Dr. Jayesh Bhaskaran
Dr. Jayesh is a renowned Interventional Cardiologist who brings with him more than 12 years of experience in interventional cardiology and has performed thousands of complex coronary interventions (PTCA), valvular interventions, and pacing devices. At MEITRA, he heads the division of coronary interventions. Dr. Jayesh Bhaskaran completed MBBS and MD (General Medicine) from Government Medical College, Kozhikode, DM Cardiology from Mumbai University and CTO Angioplasty training from Toyohashi Heart Center, Japan. His areas of special interest are complex coronary angioplasty including Rotational Atherectomy (Rotablation) for calcific coronary lesions, left main and bifurcation stenting and CTO (Chronic Total Occlusion) angioplasty operator and routinely performs both Anterograde and Retrograde CTO angioplasties especially for failed cases.
