Definitely. We will schedule a consultation time with the doctor online. You can explain your condition to the doctor in detail via video call/voice call. It will help the doctor to come with the best treatment for your ailment. Later, you can come to Meitra Hospital for the treatment. 

Yes. Once you have consulted the appropriate specialist, will give you a complete plan on the approximate length of stay at our hospital and the total cost of the treatment, along with the necessary pre/post treatment care. Our team will also assist you with your travel and stay based on your requirements.

We have an efficient Department for International Patients Services. We will assign one of our department managers to give you the complete blueprint of your non-medical requirements. You can contact him/her any time for any query.

We have you covered. We will arrange the transportation from the airport to the hospital. According to your traveling plan, you need to contact our International Patients Service Department. We will be waiting at the airport for you.

Most of your registration process would be finished via Meitra App. At your arrival, the team of International Patients Services will help you with the registration. The hospital will obtain a copy of your passport (Photo page and visa page) in your hospital record. This is mandatory and is based on the directives from the Government of India.

Our team at the International Patients services departments will organise the services of a language interpreter who will be with you during medical interactions and help you communicate effectively.

With the prior information about the number of members, your budget, and your preferences, we can arrange their stay at the suitable hotel close to the hospital.

Apart from the medical and nursing care providers, you will meet staff from the International Patients Services Department daily as well as your dietitian and physiotherapist if medically required and the housekeeping staff who will be cleaning your room.

Definitely. We will do our best to prepare and serve you a variety of choices of food as per your preference. However, all dietary prescriptions are subject to your doctor’s advice and appropriate to your health status. Smoking and alcohol use are forbidden in the hospital premises.

The rooms at Meitra are designed in a way that would let you perform your prayers irrespective of religions. We also have prayer halls at the hospital itself.

We also accept payment for In-patient services in the following currencies: USD, CAD, Euro, Pound Sterling, Omani Riyal, UAE Dirham, Kuwait Dinar, Saudi Riyal, Singapore Dollars etc. We also have an online payment gateway on Meitra App.

You will get the date of your discharge from your primary consultant. You will get the explanation about the treatments that you have had at Meitra and the post-treatment requirements.

All of your medical records including your treatments,  physician's findings, lab results and all other medical information will be available at Meitra App. On the app, you can see the detailed report once you log in. You can also take physical copies of your report via your app itself.
